Video games get to become a convenient scapegoat when horrific acts of violence happen. The problem is there are many studies but few find a significant link between acts of violence and violent video games. Fortunately, politicians seem to always want to link video games with an act of violence. This week I will discuss why that’s not the case. Spoiler: It may help reduce violence.
