Overwatch community is awesome, Blizzcon update, BF1 DLC gets released

Today’s Episode

BF1 DLC is finally here for premium members and it is interesting. I am not sure about the new mode, but, the maps are pretty good. They have a good mix of open tank battles and confined spaces for infantry. I still have to play more of it to get a feel if this is a good DLC. I am not a fan of the unlock system and I wish DICE would just leave it as a different unlock system. Oh well, there’s are pros and cons to everything.

Middle Earth details were finally released. They did not disappoint, this game looks to expand on the last Middle Earth game. We shall see in August if the game can live up to its hype, or become the next No Man’s Sky. Speaking of No Man’s Sky, there as new update and it’s huge! This helps to bring a more robust game. The launch of the game was not good, but, these updates are proving that this game can be great. Find out more down below.

This episode: Ryzen and the gaming numbers, Middle Earth is back

Today’s Episode

The AMD Ryzen chips launched this week to some interesting benchmarks. The funny thing is the benchmarks are not bad for gaming, they are not better than Intel. Every benchmark I have read has the frame rates above 60 frames per second. It’s weird seeing people flip out over nothing. They are not the best benchmarks, but, they are better than the previous CPUs.

The most exciting thing is Middle Earth is getting a sequel. Yes, more information was released on the sequel. Let’s hope they do not mess it up! Find out more gaming news down below.

Twitch releases their stats, my impressions of the BF1 update and For Honor Review

Today’s Episode

BF1 or Battlefield 1 got its winter update. It was a great update. I personally do not care about ribbons. I think they are useless and people will get plenty of these ribbons. I never cared for them in BF3 and BF4. It’s a personal opinion. I do think DICE needs to look at some other things they missed, but, they are doing a good job balancing for the most part. We will see what happens when the new DLC comes out.

Twitch released some stats about their site and streamers. Unsurprising, Finland is the friendliest place to game. Find out more on the Twitch stats down below.

E3 opens up to the public, Activision lays off some staff, Mass Effect dialogue

Today’s Episode

Activision lays off some staff from its developers. This is because of Call of Duty and missing Q4 projections. It’s sad and unfortunate to hear people losing their jobs. However, Call of Duty is in a rut. It has had some upgrades to the game, but, releasing games every year makes it boring. We shall see if Call of Duty in 2017 will be different and better. I do hope it does. Even though I do not prefer playing the game, I still like seeing competition from these developers.

I’ve been playing For Honor open beta a little. It’s interesting. This could be a surprise hit for Ubisoft if they can keep it competitive and have an equal distribution between the factions. That was the problem with Planetside 2. In the beginning, one faction dominated. We shall see.

Oh PETA. I grant you that you do some good work, this is not it. We are in the real world, so, why are you picking a battle in a fictitious world? PETA when after the world that is in a constant world. The only reason why they would take on this ridiculous crusade is for attention. Stick to the real world PETA. This was a dumb move. Prey, Overwatch, Resident Evil 7, playing games over watching movies

Resident Evil 7, what can you say about it? It was very different from Resident Evil 6. I played and finished the game this week. It scared the hell out of me. I was very gruesome too. If you cannot stand lots of gore, this is not the game for you. It is great to see the survivor horror back in Resident Evil. I talk about why I rather play games than watch movies. Hollywood you really make it easy to skip out on your movies. Your writing is lazy and you do not make new content. Do better. Find out what I think about it and more down below.

DICE BF1 DLC, Overwatch explains PTR and Division Last Stand

Today’s Episode

DICE had some teases for gamers with the BF1 DLC. It was a quick preview of a new tank and maybe a new elite class. I have and I am still enjoying BF1, I wondering what new items this DLC brings.  What is known about the DLC is the French are coming. Probably weapons based on the French army and that’s all everyone knows outside of EA and DICE. Halo Wars 2 beta finally reached the PC today. There is only one mode and it’s interesting. I played a few rounds and I was surprised how fast and fluid it was. I was not impressed, but, I will give it some time. Find out what else I talk about down below!
